Lost items that are not claimed during the event will be posted on the event’s official page. To claim a lost item, please contact the official page inbox and provide as much supporting information as possible, such as photographs, payment slips, proof of purchase from the exhibiting circle/vendor, or any other identifying details.
If no proof of ownership can be provided, the Organizer will hold the item for 7 business days in case another claimant comes forward. In the event of competing claims, priority will be given to the individual who can provide the strongest evidence of ownership.
Once ownership has been verified, the item may be collected from Anitime Creator Store Bangkok at MBK Center, 7th Floor, between 10:00 and 20:00, or by arrange postal delivery with shipping costs charged at actual cost.
All lost property will be stored for 6 months from the date of the event. Items that remain unclaimed after this period may be disposed of or otherwise handled at the Organizer’s discretion without prior notice.
