A menu image is a visual showing the list of products that artists and vendors will be selling at the event. Artists may post it on their personal channels and also submit it for the organizers to share on the event’s page, helping customers preview and mark the items they wish to purchase in advance. วิธีส่งภาพใบเมนู

1. ดาวน์โหลดเทมเพลตใบเมนูตามวันและโซนที่ท่านออกบูธ แล้วใส่หมายเลขบูธ ชื่อบูธบนช่องในแถบด้านบน และรายการสินค้าของท่านในช่องว่างด้านล่าง *ไม่จำกัดความสูงของภาพทั้งหมด*
   *ห้ามยืดภาพเทมเพลตออกด้านข้างหรือทำให้ผิดสัดส่วนจากต้นฉบับโดยเด็ดขาด หากทีมงานพบว่าภาพใบเมนูของท่านไม่ถูกต้องตามกำหนดของงาน ภาพของท่านอาจไม่ถูกอัปโหลดและเผยแพร่ขึ้นในอัลบั้มทางเพจ Illust Fusion*
2. ตั้งชื่อไฟล์ตามรูปแบบดังนี้

   – IFEXPOWINTER25MENU-SUN-หมายเลขบูธ-ชื่อบูธ.jpg สำหรับบูธวันอาทิตย์
   – IFEXPOWINTER25MENU-SATSUN-หมายเลขบูธ-ชื่อบูธ.jpg สำหรับบูธวันเสาร์และวันอาทิตย์
   
   **สำคัญ** โปรดตั้งชื่อไฟล์ให้ถูกต้องตามรูปแบบที่ทางงานระบุไว้เพื่อสิทธิประโยชน์ของท่าน เนื่องจากในแต่ละครั้งทีมงานจะได้รับไฟล์ใบเมนูเป็นจำนวนมาก หากไม่ได้ตั้งชื่อไฟล์ดังนี้อาจทำให้ใบเมนูของท่านตกหล่นและไม่ได้ถูกอัปโหลดขึ้นทางเพจของงาน

4. ทีมงานจะอัปเดตภาพเมนูของท่านภายใน 3 วัน (เริ่มลงภาพในเมนูชุดแรกวันที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน 2568) หากเกินระยะเวลาดังกล่าวและภาพของท่านยังไม่ถูกโพสต์ลงเพจ โปรดติดต่อทีมงานเพื่อติดตามผล
5. จำกัดจำนวนภาพใบเมนู ส่งได้ 1 ภาพ ต่อ ชื่อบูธ 1 ชื่อ
   หากท่านมีสินค้าจำนวนมากและต้องการทำภาพใบเมนูหลายใบ โปรดโพสต์ภาพที่เหลือลงในช่องคอมเมนต์ใต้ภาพใบเมนูของท่านด้วยตนเอง

How to submit your menu image

1. Download the menu template according to the day and zone of your booth.
   • Fill in your booth number and booth name in the top bar, and list your products in the blank space below.
   • There is no limit to the total height of the image.
   • Do not stretch the template sideways or alter its proportions in any way. If your menu image does not follow the event guidelines, it may not be uploaded or published in the Illust Fusion page album.
2. Name your file according to this format
   IFEXPOWINTER25MENU-SAT-BoothNumber-BoothName.jpg → for Saturday booths
   IFEXPOWINTER25MENU-SUN-BoothNumber-BoothName.jpg → for Sunday booths
   IFEXPOWINTER25MENU-SATSUN-BoothNumber-BoothName.jpg → for Saturday & Sunday booths
   Important: Please name your file exactly as instructed for your own benefit. The staff receives a large number of menu files each time. Incorrectly named files may be overlooked and not uploaded to the event page.(Note: The copy of your form response will automatically add your Google Account name at the end of the file name. Don’t worry—your file can still be used as is. There’s no need to request corrections from the staff.)
3. Submit your file via the Menu Submission Form by December 15, 2025. You may also include a caption or link in the form, and the staff will add it as the caption of your image.
4. The staff will update your menu image within 3 days (first batch of menu images will be posted starting November 28, 2025).If more than 3 days have passed and your image has not been posted, please contact the staff for follow-up.
5. Each booth name may submit only 1 menu image. If you have many products and wish to create additional menu images, please post the extra images yourself in the comments section under your menu image.

วิธีการใช้งานโลโก้ของ Illust Fusion

1. Please resize the logo proportionally according to its original width-to-height ratio. Do not distort, stretch, compress, or alter its original proportions.
2. Do not change the logo’s color from it’s original.
